The Many Symptoms, One Solution Overeaters Anonymous Group meets every Monday evening at the Good News Fellowship Church located at 891 St. Mary’s Road, in the large meeting space found on the left as you enter the main doors.

There is convenient parking and the wheelchair accessible building is on a main bus route.  There is a popular coffee shop just north of the meeting location for those wanting to bring their own beverage.

The meeting time is from 7:00 to 8:00 pm and the door is unlocked at around 6:40 pm.  We usually have from 8 to 12 people in attendance, including recovered members and a few sponsors.

We are currently reading about the Twelve Steps from both the “OA Twelve & Twelve” and the “AA Twelve & Twelve”, alternating between the two books.  The first Monday of the month is a “Chair’s Choice” meeting.

If you are a newcomer, you will be warmly welcomed.  For your first meeting, we will be following a special meeting format which we hope will help you figure out if OA is right for you and give you hope of recovery.  We would love for you to join us.
